That's right; from regular maintenance intervals to unexpected repairs, Waldorf and Silver Spring-area drivers can get the Volkswagen service you need without leaving home. Here's how it works:
- Choose a Day and Time: Use our convenient online service scheduler to select the appointment that works best for you and choose service valet pick-up and delivery. A service advisor will be in touch right away to confirm the appointment and services requested.
- Home or Office Pick-up: A service valet will come to your location for a contactless pick-up and bring it back to our service center. After an initial inspection, we'll contact you to confirm the work and time frame.
- Sanitation: Before any delivery, our associates thoroughly wash their hands, put on gloves and masks, and install a new plastic protective seat cover. Upon arrival, they will remove the seat covering and thoroughly wipe all surfaces, including the steering wheel, door handles, shifter, turn signal, and keys with alcohol-based wipes.
- Home or Office Delivery: When the work is finished, we bring the thoroughly sanitized vehicle back to you for a contactless drop-off.
