The 2025 Jetta sees some mild exterior refreshes. This includes a new fascia, grille and headlamp design, along with a new trunk lid and taillights. You can also see 17- and 18-inch wheel options, along with new colors like Monterey Blue Pearl and Monument Gray among the options. Inside, you'll find a new standard eight-inch touch display and a touch climate control option, while adding more standard technology.
Drivers will enjoy the sporty features available on the 2025 VW Jetta, which includes options for a grille-spanning light bar on the Jetta Sport and up, plus a standard full-width lightbar across the taillights, to give it a modern and fun look. The Jetta GLI also has a sharper look with similar features.
With seating for five, the new Jetta offers a comfortable drive, which includes options like a heated steering wheel and heated front seats. There's also a 10-color ambient light feature onboard, and you're getting ample storage space in the trunk. The Jetta GLI also has the same amount of space, but it also spices it up with patterned seats with red stitching that you can find throughout the cabin, plus ventilated front seats and a panoramic sunroof available.
The standard 2025 Volkswagen Jetta uses a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine to produce 158 horsepower and it's estimated that it can gain up to 40 miles per gallon on the highway in fuel economy, making it a reliable commuter vehicle for those in the DMV area. With the 2025 Volkswagen GLI, you'll find added performance thanks to a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 228 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque for precision and cornering. The standard Jetta comes with an automatic transmission standard across the board, while the six-speed manual transmission is only available on the Jetta GLI for those who want a more responsive drive.
You'll find plenty of technology on the 2025 Jetta and Jetta GLI. This includes the Volkswagen Digital Cockpit, which provides navigation and other convenient features on the digital gauge cluster so you can stay on top of directions or other notifications as you drive. There's also a new eight-inch touch display standard across all Jetta models for the 2025 model year, with connectivity to Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ and offers available features like wireless charging for your device along with USB-C ports. Some options include a BeatsAudio® amplification and sound system for premium sound for music streaming, podcasts, audiobooks, and more.
Using the myVW app, you also can remotely start your vehicle, lock and unlock it, find its last parked location, and get service and maintenance reminders right on your phone, too.
